The Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management program is based around professional Le Cordon Bleu Education — students can study classic French techniques along with modern American technologies to give them a quality, industry-current curriculum in Restaurant Management. The internship/externship program gets students out of the classroom and puts them into real-life restaurant environments where they can gain valuable hands-on experience.
