The 21-month Associate Degree program in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management prepares students for entry-level positions as prep cooks, line cooks, assistant food service managers, and assistant restaurant managers. The program is specially designed for the person who plans a successful food service career, and/or plans to open a restaurant, catering service, or other food service establishment. York also offers 12-month diploma programs in Catering and Pastry Arts.
