Culinary Arts | Restaurant Management

As one of the few culinary schools in America in partnership with the world famous Le Cordon Bleu, the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA — just outside of Los Angeles — has become a well known and respected culinary school. The school offers both a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program and a short–term Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program designed for students interested in owning or running a restaurant.

The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program includes hands-on lab classes, a restaurant rotation, academic classes, and culminates in an externship giving students real-life experience. This program includes classes in Baking and Pastries, Garde Manger, Hot Foods Production, Sanitation, Wine and Beverage, Culinary Language, Nutritional Cooking, and Psychology of the Kitchen.
