Memorial Day Recipes and Tips

Headed to a Memorial Day barbeque this weekend? Hosting one yourself? Here are a few fun links to ponder while you decide which meats to grill or sides to bring:

  • Memorial Day Entertaining Advice: Recipes for burgers, beef, pasta and potato salads, as well as advice on food safety and grilling times.
  • Barbecue'n on the Internet: Grills, recipes, spices, sauces, tips... all the info you need is here. Heck, there's an entire page on meat thermometers alone.
  • Gas vs. Charcoal: The age-old debate between convience and purity. Or you could be a real heathen and microwave everything. (Just kidding!)
  • Vegetarian Barbeque Ideas: Don't forget the vegetarians! These recipes are more adventurous (and tasty) than just throwing frozen veggie burgers on the grill.
  • Grillin' for Gals: A lot of guys turn grilling into a primitive male ritual, camping out around the Weber with a case of beer, all the while grunting over hot coals. But there's no reason women can't get in on the act.
