BBQ Safety

After getting you all excited about grilling this Memorial Day, we'd be remiss if we didn't include a safety warning first. After all, being a good chef isn't just about cooking -- food preparation and safety are part of the bargain, too.

Thankfully, Channel 8 in San Diego has posted some tips to avoid BBQ accidents this Memorial Day. If you're using gas, remember to check for leaks and, if you have kids around, make sure to keep them away from the fire -- whether its gas, charcoal, or something you started by rubbing sticks together.

Play safe and make sure you don't show up to work on Tuesday with your eyebrows singed, okay?
