Arizona's Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale Adds Restaurant Management Program
News out of Arizona... Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale will begin a new 14-month Associate of Occupational Studies degree in hospitality and restaurant management. It is designed for working adults who may already be in the industry. Course work includes marketing, information systems, buffet presentation, wine studies and nutrition.
