I found an interesting story about a successful chef by the name of John Dunbar. Dunbar is a graduate from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. He has been working as a chef at some of the top restaurants in the western coast of the United States and has recently left that path to work for a homeless shelter in Phoenix, Arizona.
