Surrounded by famous resorts and restaurants, renowned for their innovative Southwestern cuisine, the Scottsdale Culinary Institute offers an intensive Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. This well-respected program can be completed in as little as 15 months and includes a 3 month externship at a national location of your choice. Courses cover subjects such as management, human resources, menu development, cost control, wines and spirits, sanitation, and nutrition.

SCI also offers a 9-month Le Cordon Bleu & Baking Certificate Program in which students will have the opportunity to learn over 200 proficiencies, including artisan bread production, sugar show pieces, classic European pastry, and much more.

At SCI, you'll never lack adequate facilities — the main campus currently boasts eight kitchens, a bakery, and meat shop, while the new Sky-Bridge campus includes a total of 11 industry–current kitchens. The range of facilities allows students to become acquainted with a wide variety of equipment, thus preparing them for whatever area of the food service/hospitality industry they choose to enter.
